*Fountain pens have always been my first go-to tool when I paint a watercolor. That formula also works best for me when I write an article. What you read in my blog was first crafted by hand using my treasured fountain pens.

In 2014, I underwent cancer surgery. When I was released from the hospital, I went back to the streets almost immediately to continue my ministry, Jesus En Plein Air. I didn’t have the stamina as before to stand on street corners behind my easel and tell curious onlookers about Jesus. I in after a short time of recuperation, I could resume JEPA (pronounced: zhå•pä’).

When that didn’t happen, my ministry of visual art (JEPA) was transitioned to a ministry of writing. It’s name, ‘Altar Easel’.
